Netsuite System Administrator – Financial Data Analyst
We are seeking a Netsuite System Administrator and Financial Data Analyst who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to support critical mission programs within the aerospace industry. This role will be the direct support to our financial team and Netsuite users across the organization. Our mission is to effectively continue to support our critical mission programs within the aerospace industry by growing our project support teams throughout our organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- NetSuite Administration tasks as needed
- Create workflows
- Edit and/or create new fields, lists, reports and custom searches
- Trouble shoot system errors
- Perform CSV imports
- Delete records (PO’s, invoices, bills, item receipts, quote tools, contract reviews and requisitions
- Pull data to populate Work In Progress reports monthly
- Work with Program Managers to prepare Estimate at Completions (EACs)
- Assist in preparation of Monthly Operations Reviews
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators
- Assist Program Managers in development of Milestones on new awards
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances
- Assist in development of Program budgets, forecasts, and modeling tools
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial information to management for decision making purposes
- Supporting senior management team with in-depth analysis
- Assist in new ERP implementation
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Defines tasks and milestones to achieve objectives, while ensuring the optimal use of resources to achieve those objectives.
- Works effectively with different levels of management, team members and customers.
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar field.
- Three or more years of Program Finance or FP&A experience.
- Significant and direct NetSuite experience
- Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
Work Conditions:
- Environment Type:
- Office environment. Temperature controlled.
- Exposure Types:
- No adverse environmental conditions expected.
- Work Hours:
- Standard work schedule, overtime may be necessary for meeting deadlines, required travel, and emergent conditions.
- Travel Requirements:
- This position may involve travel up to 10% of the time to other local entities within 20 miles or less.
Physical Demands:
- Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds.
- Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with whole hand or arm as in handling.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
Pay Rate and Benefits:
- Pay Rate dependent on qualifications.
