We are seeking an individual experienced in shipping and receiving within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely outgoing deliveries and receiving incoming deliveries. • Ensure that products and materials arrive and leave the facility safely and on time.
• Check incoming deliveries against purchase orders and log received items.
• Inspect received items for discrepancies and damages.
• Prepare any outgoing products and materials by packing, labeling, and arranging transportation if needed.
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage facility as necessary.
• Coordinate closely with internal management and various departments regarding deliveries and received items.
• Resolve delivery and shipment issues.
• Maintain safety and shipping.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years shipping and receiving experience.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.
• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills.

• 5 years shipping and receiving experience.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with quality control processes.

• Pay Rate dependent on qualifications.
• Work schedule is Monday – Saturday (10 hours M-F, minimum 6 hours Saturday).
