Aerospace Engineer / Designer

We are seeking skilled aerospace engineers and designers. The ideal candidates will be responsible for designing tools, equipment and products to customer specifications. • Designing tools, products, and equipment to customer specifications.
• Review and follow customer statement of work and standards.
• Create Designs / Drawings.
• Interpret complex technical drawings and translate to functional tooling.
• Prepare detailed design documentation and maintain compliance with customer specifications.
• Maintain high precision with attention to detailed drawings and designs.
• Collaborate with mechanical and controls engineers, machinists and production team to ensure quality and efficiency.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Proficient in CATIA V5.
• Strong GD&T knowledge.
• Ability to create designs and 2D drawings using Boeing DEEM/PASTE.
• Knowledge in Lockheed Environment a plus.
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
• Excellent oral and written skills to assure compliance to all customer requirements.
• Must have experience with reviewing and following customer Statement of Work and Standards as they apply to designs.
• Must attend and be able to present in customer review meetings as well as internal meetings.
• Must be able to work in a collaborative environment.
• Must be able to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Minimum 5 years of aerospace designing experience.
• Understanding of aerospace quality standards and regulatory requirements.
