This dinner was in recognition of The Boeing Company’s appreciation for the outstanding job Futuramic did on the 787 AJ’s and FAJ’s for Boeing AeroStructures of Australia.
“This Great Adventure started in September 2012 and was completed the end of January 2013. In that short period of time your team’s “can do” attitude persevered through design challenges and continual change requests by BAA both here and in the field. You gave up family time during the evenings, weekends, and the holidays to reach the end goal which was to provide quality tooling for this critical program on a very short fuse. The eight assembly jigs fabricated here and installed at BAA have received rave reviews from BAA. These tools are the best they have ever seen with regard to quality of workmanship and meeting the tolerances required.
